Identification and assay of trospium chloride, HPLC
The analytical solutions are prepared with 0.1 M hydrochloric acid to a final concentration of 0.1 mg/ml of trospium chloride which are submitted to liquid chromatography.
For identification purposes, the retention time of the principal peak in the chromatograms of the test solution and reference solution are compared.
For assay purposes, the content of trospium chloride is calculated by the method of external standards and expressed as percentage of the label claim.

Анализируемые растворы приготавливают в 0,1 М хлористоводородной кислоте с конечной концентрацией троспия хлорида 0,1 мг/мл и подвергают жидкостной хроматографии.
Для испытания подлинности проводят сравнение времени удерживания основного пика на хроматограммах испытуемого и стандартного растворов.
С целью количественного определения содержание троспия хлорида вычисляют по методу внешних стандартов и выражают в виде процентное отношения от номинального содержания.
